All regular, full-time associates are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO is intended to provide paid time off benefits for vacations and other absences due to illness or personal emergency.
Troon encourages associates to further their careers by developing their knowledge, skills and abilities through formal education and training. A regular, full time associate who has completed one full year of employment is eligible to participate in the tuition reimbursement program for coursework that is directly related to the job. Troon will reimburse the associate for qualified tuition expenses (not including fees, books or supplies) up to a maximum of $1,000 per year contingent on budgetary approval.
